 Wink’s end-to-end Enhanced Broadcasting offers T-Commerce to viewers.
Our technology enables TV networks, producers, advertisers, and cable
operators to enhance analog and digital broadcast television with
interactive overlays and special information channels.
Wink also provides an
end-to-end system for low-cost electronic commerce on television. The
interactive TV service, called Wink Enhanced Broadcasting, gives viewers a
free and convenient way to make purchases, request information, and access
more content about what they're watching, simply by using their remote
control.
Wink is free to the user, requiring no infrastructure upgrades or
additional hardware in the home for viewers with Wink enabled advanced
analog and/or digital cable boxes.
