Enrollment Process
Determine
which program is right for you. If
you only need Scientific Atlanta client developer tools and support or are in
the early stages of concept and product development, then
itaas’
istart developer program may be a better fit.
If you require more full-scale support, you need to become a CreativEdge
partner.
- Read the CreativEdge developer guide and other technical
documents to learn about application development on Scientific Atlanta's
digital platform.
- Fill out the online CreativEdge information request
form.
- More information about the program and a CreativEdge
enrollment form will be forwarded to qualified developers. If you do not
hear from us within two weeks, please
let us know.
- Complete and submit the CreativEdge enrollment form. A
conference call or other correspondence may be conducted to discuss
additional questions and clarifications.
- Qualified developers should then complete and submit
the CreativEdge developer agreement and developer NDA. You will then select
the developer support program that best meets your needs.
- After the developer agreement is signed, an on-site
technical meeting will be scheduled. Technical discussions take place at
Scientific Atlanta’s Atlanta area headquarters.
- On-site technical
discussions will determine plan and approach for development and
certification of application(s) as well as system requirements, and
recommendations for an appropriate application development roadmap.
