Based on testing in the
CreativEdge certification lab, it has been determined that Wink Client
version 1.0.8.4 Wink Server version 2.4 will receive certification under
DBDS System Release 1.2.6FC with the following stipulation:
- CreativEdge certification testing
has determined that when the Wink Client is loaded on DHCT's
containing 4 Megs of standard RAM (Explorer version 3.5), DHCT
becomes very unstable and will periodically reboot. Therefore, Wink
Client version 1.0.8.4 will not be certified to operate with DHCT's
containing 4 Megs of RAM. Note: There are a limited number of DHCTs
left in the field that are using this configuration.

After testing in the
CreativEdge certification lab, Wink Client version 1.0.8.4, 1.0.8.7 and 1
version of the Wink Server version 2.4 achieved certification under DBDS
System Release 1.2.7GA with the following stipulation:
- CreativEdge testing has determined
that when the Wink client is loaded on DHCTs containing 4 Megs of
RAM (Explorer version 3.5), the DHCT becomes very unstable and will
periodically reboot. Therefore, Wink Client version 1.0.8.7 will not
be certified to operate with DHCTs containing 4 Megs of RAM. Note:
There is a limited number of DHCTs left in the field that are using
this configuration. To avoid reboots on the set tops with only 4
Megs of RAM, the MSO would have to be sure to NOT authorize these
set-tops for the Wink package(s).

risk assessment led by CreativEdge, it has been determined that Wink
Client Version 1.0.10.5 and Wink Server version 2.4 are certified under
DBDS System Release 1.2.8 and 1.2.9 with patches to support the 2100/3100 DHCTs.

PTV OS 3.1 / SARA 1.21 and PTV OS 3.2 / SARA 1.40 for Explorer models
2000/2010/3000, 2100/3100 and 2200/3200/3100HD. |

OS 3.3.4 / SARA 1.43.5 for Explorer models 2000/2010/3000, 2100/3100,
2200/3200/3100HD/3250SD; OS 3.6.5.2 / SARA 1.52.11.2 for Explorer model
3250HD; OS 6.4.39.1/ SARA 1.83.16a4 for Explorer model 8000/8010SD/8010HD;
and OS 6.8.9.4 / SARA 1.85.11.5 for Explorer models 8300SD/HD.
